Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer and community inquiries, including operational questions and noise complaints • Conduct airfield and facility inspections to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and operational standards • Document communications and incidents; maintain accurate records and reports • Submit and track work orders for airport maintenance; verify tenants and issue keys and security items • Respond to alerts and emergency situations using communications software to coordinate with appropriate agencies Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aviation Safety, or related discipline; or senior (final semester) student in an accredited aviation program • General knowledge of airport operations principles, FAR Part 139, and TSR 1542 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to demonstrate functional English language skills per FAA Advisory Circular 150/5210-20 Core Tools & Systems • Airport communications and dispatch systems • FAA Part 139 Safety Management System (SMS) tools • Work order and maintenance tracking systems • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Word • Microsoft PowerPoint PREFERRED SKILLS • Ability to pass airfield operations movement and non-movement area written and practical examinations • Strong documentation, time management, and problem-resolution skills • Interest in pursuing a career in Airport Management Legal Notice Selected candidates must pass a TSA background check and pre-employment drug screening and must be available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required by the training program.
