Utilize CAD software to read and interpret models and blueprints 3. Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies, ensuring the well-being of all staff members. 4. Train, mentor, and guide team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 5. Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement manufacturing plans and schedules. 6. Monitor production output and product quality, implementing corrective actions when necessary. 7. Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, Procurement, and Design to ensure alignment and efficiency. 8. Analyze and report on manufacturing data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 9. Maintain equipment, scheduling repairs and upgrades as necessary. 10. Stay current with the latest manufacturing technologies, processes, and best practices, implementing these as appropriate to improve operations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in Aerospace. 3. Ability to read CAD drawings 4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. 5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. 7.
