Handle a diverse docket of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and transportation claims. Independently manage cases through all phases of litigation—pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials. Work closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case development. Why join us? Job Details Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through trial. Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs. Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies. Ensure deadlines and case milestones are met with strong organizational oversight. Qualifications: J.D. and active Texas Bar membership in good standing. 4–6 years of insurance defense litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills. Experience in both federal and state courts preferred. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Why Join Us?
