Conduct regular and comprehensive audits of financial operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. 2. Identify areas of financial risk and propose effective mitigation strategies. 3. Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings to senior management and recommending improvements. 4. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency. 5. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company's continued compliance. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of internal financial controls and procedures. 7. Review and verify financial statements and documents for accuracy and completeness. 8. Participate in special audits as required, including investigations of suspected internal fraud. Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be a plus. 2. A minimum of1-2 years in banking or with financial institutions 3. Profound knowledge of auditing principles and practices, and financial regulations and laws. 4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and reports. 5. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. 7. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. 8. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure. 10.
