You will: Gain hands-on experience in premises liability, auto/trucking, construction, fire, subrogation, and coverage cases Assist with depositions, written discovery, motions, mediations, and trials under partner supervision Work directly with shareholders and experienced associates Receive experienced paralegal and legal secretarial staff support We need: 0-2 years Ohio civil or criminal litigation experience (law clerk/internship/recent grads also ok) Strong research, writing and analytical skills Eagerness to learn and manage increasing docket independence over time Ohio bar in good standing (or eligible) Compensation & Benefits: $85,000 – $95,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience/trial record) Full health, dental, disability, and life insurance 401(k) with match Realistic billable hour expectations for a good work-life balance Hybrid flexibility after 90 days This is a long-term career position with a clear path to senior associate status or future shareholder consideration (4–8 years), depending on the successful candidate’s preferred career track and experience.
