Minimum 3 year of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably with automated sorting equipment. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; ability to independently handle common equipment faults. Team management or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Able to work flexible hours, including early/late shifts and overtime when needed. Relevant maintenance certifications or forklift license preferred.
