DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Responsibilities 1. The Service Manager Engineer will report to the Client Chief of Information Technology Services. They will work with Client business units to collect and develop requirements for Service Manager requests. The position is focused on administration and creation of new requests. 2. Work with System Center Orchestrator. Create new orchestrator workflows, maintaining, and updating workflows. 3. Work with Cireson. Maintain and update software and work with vendor to fulfill service requests. Updating JavaScript for service requests. 4. Maintain, update, patch System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson. 5. Interact with staff, other team members, all levels of management and internal and external organizations, including vendors performing outsourced work, in the compilation and management of information needed for Service Manager requests. 6. Work with technical staff and business stakeholders to create deliverables and artifacts that are intended for audiences of varying levels of technical knowledge. 7. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Point of Contact (POC) for developing and managing processes related to the Service Manager environment. 8. Make recommendations on specific improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, report template and structure, and productivity to leadership. 9. Act as a liaison between the technical team and management from various stakeholder areas including executive level management. 10. Some after hours project and platform support will be expected. Program Experience: Current or recent experience with MS System Center is required and will be given the highest weight.
