Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, RCCA, and other continuous improvement tools. Proficiency with quality methodologies, including 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and corrective action systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to develop and lead quality teams. Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation abilities. Ability to interpret and analyze technical documents, standards, regulations, and business reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project; experience with Minitab or similar required. Knowledge of Access preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. ASQ certification strongly preferred.
