Job Details Position Summary The EPC Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned EPC projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This role requires strong project leadership, technical knowledge, financial accountability, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of EPC project execution, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead project teams, sub-contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication of goals, requirements, and expectations. Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation plans; anticipate and resolve project challenges proactively. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders during project execution. Ensure project compliance with safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and contractual obligations. Prepare and present project reports, change orders, and status updates to leadership and clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience in EPC delivery within electrical, industrial, or commercial construction environments. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multi-discipline teams and subcontractors. Strong understanding of project controls, estimating fundamentals, scheduling, and cost management. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to maintain quality and safety standards while meeting project objectives and client expectations. Preferred Skills Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar. Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore, or similar).
