Retrieves, analyzes and/or updates information from the Fair Hearing Information System, Welfare Management System, Automated Child Care Information System, New York City Work Accountability and You, State Supplemental Program, Client Notification System, eMedNY, and other relevant systems. Identifies governmental entity or agent taking adverse action against clients and ensures all relevant parties are notified about a hearing request. This includes identifying the appropriate local district location, managed care organization, or State entity. Fields compliance complaints, referring more complicated cases to appropriate supervisor. Gathers statistical data and prepares reports. Assists supervisor in preparing written procedures. PLM / Manufacturing Master Data Manager

Job Description: The PLM / Manufacturing Master Data Manager is responsible for defining, enforcing, and governing hardware data standards shared with contract manufacturers (CMs). This role ensures that manufacturing and product master data is accurately structured, traceable, and compliant within company systems and across CM environments. The position sits at the intersection of PLM, manufacturing operations, and data analytics, with a strong focus on data quality, traceability, and execution. Responsibilities: Data Standards & Governance Enforce and manage hardware data standards across all contract manufacturers. Ensure manufacturing and product master data is correctly implemented and maintained in company systems. Define validation rules and compliance requirements for CM-submitted data. Data Analysis & Validation Review, analyze, and validate data submitted by contract manufacturers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability. Use SQL-based tools (e.g., BigQuery, Spanner) to perform data analysis, audits, and discrepancy detection. Identify data integrity issues, traceability gaps, and non-compliance with defined standards. Issue Resolution & Execution Drive identified data discrepancies and traceability issues to closure with urgency and clear ownership. Track bugs and data issues from identification through resolution, ensuring root causes are addressed. Partner with internal engineering, PLM, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve systemic data issues. Contract Manufacturer Engagement Own communication with contract manufacturers regarding data quality, standards, and compliance issues. Provide clear guidance, follow-ups, and escalation as needed to ensure timely resolution of data issues. Act as the primary point of contact for CM-related data questions and problem-solving. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, validation processes, and tooling. Support automation and scalability of data compliance checks where possible. Contribute to documentation and training materials related to manufacturing data standards. Experience: Experience in PLM, manufacturing master data, or data governance within a hardware manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and large-scale data analysis (e.g., BigQuery, Spanner, or similar). Solid understanding of manufacturing data concepts such as BOMs, part master, revisions, routings, and traceability. Experience working directly with contract manufacturers or external suppliers. Background in computer manufacturing or computer hardware manufacturing is strongly preferred. Candidates with prior experience working at major contract manufacturers such as Jabil, Flex, Quanta, etc. are highly desirable. Former CM employees are especially valued due to their hands-on understanding of factory floor operations, data flows, and supplier-side constraints, as well as their ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate with CM counterparts.
