Job Title: Primary Care Physician Location: Philadelphia, PA Compensation: Base salary starts at $250,000 with an incentive bonus up to $20,000 in the first year (and growing as a partner). Signing bonus up to $50,000 or a $100,000 forgivable loan. Clear path to partnership within months no buy-in required. As a Primary Care Physician with us, you ll enjoy a full-time, 100% outpatient practice. Expect a Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Clinic hours run from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with your last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM. You ll see an average of just 18 patients a day and maintain a small patient panel of no more than 450 seniors, typically managing 3 5 chronic conditions. You ll have dedicated admin time built into your day and a care team that includes your own medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist so you can focus on practicing real, value-based care instead of rushing through visits.
