Brand New: OB/GYN Opportunity in Florida - Near Gainesville & Orlando Medical Center is seeking a board certified / board eligible OBGYN to join a well-established practice. The practice opened in 1999 to provide care for the residents of the County and surrounding areas. They are a Gynecology practice specializing in well woman care, gynecologic and robotic surgery, infertility, osteoporosis and incontinence treatment. The incoming physician will join an expanding practice as they are looking to grow into a multi-physician practice that is dedicated to serving the needs of their patients by offering unmatched, comprehensive healthcare. Call will be 1 night a week and 1:4 on the weekends. Competitive compensation package including 401K eligibility, options for future partnership and additional full time benefits. Facilities have been consistently growing over the course of the last 5 years, having invested $136 M in capital improvements through 2016. Facility has another $110 M in construction underway to include expansion of ER, OR, and IP Bed Capacity at both facilities. It is a high functioning Level II Trauma Center, and is the only trauma center in 3 counties. The facility also leads a growing GME program in partnership with UCF. It is a remarkable town for raising a family and includes one of Florida†s top elementary schools. General Surgery Opportunity in the South Bend (Notre Dame) Indiana area Practice Opportunity Profile - General Surgery Practice Description: Physician-owned multi-specialty group practice with 32 physicians in 17 different specialties and sub-specialties; 40% primary care (general internal medicine and family medicine) and 60% surgical and non-surgical specialists. Comprehensive laboratory and imaging services. eClinicalWorks EMR. Area Description: City population of 50,000; County population of 200,000. Strong manufacturing economy with a concentration in recreational vehicles and manufactured housing. Qualifications and Training: Board certified or board eligible considered if residency completed in last 5 years. Excellent communication skills required. Clinic Hours: Monday through Thursday, Friday until noon. Practice Environment: Private physician office with exam and procedure rooms as needed. Front office, back-office and support staff as needed. Case load averages 18 daily office visits and 125 procedures monthly. Hospital Environment: Modern, financially sound, full-service 312-bed single community hospital; level 3 trauma center, 16-bed ICU, 54-bed PCU; located within one mile from the Clinic. Good working relationship with hospital administration and medical staff. ASC Environment: RiverPointe Surgery Center adjacent to Hospital. Ownership opportunity upon clinic membership. Surgery Center built in 1997 includes 12 pre/post GI beds, 10 general surgery bays, and 8 PACU bays, five OR suites with 2 dedicated fully equipped Endo rooms. Fully trained surgical technicians on staff. Call Rotation: 1 in 4. Full time hospitalist program affiliated with the hospital provide 24/7 in-service coverage. Compensation: Annual guarantee $415,000 guarantee for two years with worked RVU incentive, signing bonus, relocation assistance and annual CME allowance. Membership/Partnership: Expectation of ownership in Clinic LLC and Clinic Building LLC, which provides significant additional compensation opportunity. Reimbursement Environment: Clinic participates in traditional fee-for-service contracts with most Medicare, commercial and preferred provider plans; a few of these plans offer bonus incentives for quality performance. Clinic also participate in certain value-based preferred provider contracts that requiring the documentation and submission of cost and quality data.
