Paralegal Highlights The pay for this position is $29.86 per hour. Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 AZT Hybrid role - in office approximately 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) This position is a contract with potential for extension or conversion to FTE. Responsibilities Provide Paralegal support with Medicaid state fair hearings to ensure compliance with federal and state standards. Handle state fair hearing projects including file review and updating hearing databases. Triage incoming mail such as state fair hearing requests, motions, orders, and other correspondence. Process incoming mail to support team objectives and ensure compliance. Assist lead attorney with various projects as needed. Requirements Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an American Bar Assoc. approved Institution required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years of experience with litigation matters.
