Profile Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Construction Superintendent, with at least 3 years in healthcare facility projects. AHCA Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing AHCA inspections and compliance processes. Education: High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification required; healthcare construction certifications (e.g., CHC) preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in project management software.
