Supervising, tracking, and evaluating day-to-day activities. 2. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. 3. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 4. Coordinating and completing annual audits. 5. Providing recommendations to improve systems and financial performance. 6. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including monthly and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. 7. Meeting financial accounting objectives. 8. Building and maintaining a strong and effective relationship with vendors and clients. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or related certification is highly desirable. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation, and providing financial advice. 3. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. 4. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. 5. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP). 6. An analytical mind with a strategic ability. 7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 8. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal). 9. High attention to detail and accuracy. 10. Ability to direct and supervise.
