The Client Services Technician will build, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user computing systems while maintaining build room inventory and tracking work in a ticketing system. RESPONSIBILITIES: Imaging (through MECM) and provisioning (through Intune) of Windows-based computer systems. Providing timely and exceptional Executive/VIP IT support. Troubleshooting a variety of issues relating to both computing hardware and software. Diligent tracking, labeling, and maintaining of all Build room inventory. Engage internal (and potentially external) customers to resolve issues and/or assist with ordering equipment. Utilizing command line utilities to install, repair, and configure computer software. Accurate tracking of work, issues, resolutions, and time via an internal ticketing system (Service Now). Utilizing Microsoft Intune to troubleshoot both Windows workstations and Mobile devices. Describing complex IT-related topics to end users and VIPs. Keeping up in a fast-changing IT environment. Learning to support new technologies and software as needed. Required Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent 4 years of experience in the IT industry (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Experience troubleshooting computer hardware. Extensive experience troubleshooting the Windows operating system and a variety of software issues. Experience documenting work in IT tickets. Creating and modifying objects in Active Directory. Performing basic device management tasks in Microsoft Intune. Experience working in the Windows CLI. Experience troubleshooting networking issues on a variety of devices (i.e. Windows, iOS, AndroidOS, MacOS, etc.). Experience troubleshooting Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc). Experience utilizing SCCM/MECM and Intune to gather information and resolve issues. General knowledge of proper IT Security practices. Preferred Qualifications: Associates in Information Technology or equivalent. Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Comptia A and/or Network Certifications. Powershell Scripting. Troubleshooting legacy Windows-based computers (i.e. Windows XP & 7). Experience working within ServiceNow. Work Environment: This is an onsite position where the expectation is for you to be onsite 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. This role occasionally requires you to be on-call.
