The candidate should have supervision experience and clinical experience with high risk/acuity individuals and families. The candidate should have demonstrated success in working with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards, and tracking and managing programmatic deliverables. Role responsibilities include daily team huddles and providing close individual supervision and ongoing support, to include coverage on-site or in the field depending on program needs. In addition, the supervisor may carry a case load as needed.
