About This Job The Senior Vice President, Head of Specialty Deposits is responsible for leading the Bank's national specialty deposits business, driving deposit growth, optimizing cost of funds, and expanding market share across specialized industry verticals. This executive leader oversees strategy, sales execution, portfolio performance, talent development, pricing, and strategic partnerships while ensuring strong risk management and operational discipline. The SVP serves as the business leader for specialty deposit verticals including Title & Escrow, 1031 Exchange, Fintech, Third-Party Payment Providers, Real Estate Management Banking, Waste Management, and Senior Housing. The role partners closely with Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and client retention.
