Estimator-Heavy Civil/Water & Wastewater

About the Position The Estimator – Heavy Civil / Water & Wastewater will play a critical role in the company’s success by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for water, wastewater, and heavy civil infrastructure projects . This position requires a comprehensive understanding of treatment processes, underground utilities, grading, concrete, and mechanical systems . Working collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors , the Estimator will support all phases of preconstruction — from quantity takeoffs and bid preparation to constructability reviews and value engineering. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and addenda for heavy civil and W&WW treatment projects. About the Position The company is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of complex, multi-discipline infrastructure programs from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through energization and final turnover to Operations. This role will oversee EPC partners, manage multiple concurrent scopes of work, and ensure all safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. The Project Director will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large-scale projects, coordinating across Electrical, Civil, Water, and Mechanical disciplines. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Medium and High Voltage systems, including substations, and has successfully delivered hyperscale or mission-critical facilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery from NTP through energization and operational handoff. Demonstrated experience delivering $100M projects or programs. Extensive hands-on experience in high hundreds of megawatts electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Strong background in Medium and High Voltage electrical construction , including substations. Experience with hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, semiconductor, or utility-scale power projects. Proven ability to manage EPC partners, OEMs, and complex vendor ecosystems. Hands-on experience with protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, plant controllers, and power quality (PQ) troubleshooting (with expert third-party support as needed). Strong understanding of SLAs for industrial or data center customers. PMP certification preferred. Demonstrated success enforcing contract performance requirements, including KPIs and LDs.
