Key Responsibilities?? Reporting directly to??Laura Merage, the??Director will:?? Advance and implement the Foundation???s strategic vision to??confront antisemitism in the United States. Lead initiatives that mobilize??public awareness, influence policy, and foster partnerships??across sectors. Serve as a thought??leader and advocate, leveraging historical context, current trends, and best practices to shape effective interventions. Ensure operational excellence while maintaining agility in a??fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ideal Candidate Profile?? Experience & Qualifications?? Bachelor???s degree or equivalent in Business Management or related degree, Graduate degree highly preferred Experience in collective impact, convening and leading other organizations towards common goals, developing funding partners and alliances Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Preferred experience with startups in Philanthropy/Nonprofit administration Preferred experience or exposure to confronting antisemitism Strong communications kills Ability to address challenges with creative problem solving and maintain high performance levels in a rapidly evolving work environment High emotional intelligence and excellent relationship building skills Preferred experience preparing and administering budgets Ability to interface with sensitive information ethically and responsibly Strong organizational skills with ability to adhere to fast-paced project timelines Travel?? Approximately 30% Salary Range?? $150,000 - $175,000 annually Benefits??
