Responsible for assuring clinical competency for new faculty. 3. Maintain, improve and grow the educational program/curriculum for residents/fellows in all specialties as well as hospitalists. 4. Maintain and oversee the fellowship program in palliative care. 5. Ensure necessary infrastructure for palliative care documentation. 6. Participates with divisional faculty in local and regional CME events and physician outreach activities.
