This dynamic candidate must be able to perform complex ablations including AFib, Ventricular Tachycardia, and implanting left atrial appendage closure devices. Additionally, experience with pulse field ablation and cardiac device extractions is desired. Join a well-balanced service line with a welcoming environment from colleagues and dedicated support staff including advanced practice providers.About the facility:Facility is a Heart Center and Clinic located in Topeka, KS, and includes eleven general cardiologists, five interventional cardiologists, three cardiothoracic surgeons, and four electrophysiologists, one of which is halftime with plans to fully retire in one to two years. Our electrophysiology service line also includes four mid-level providers. Facilities include two EP labs with CARTO mapping systems and a hybrid OR and the second-largest device clinic in the region, staffed with five RN s. This is a 95% electrophysiology position with only call coverage for general cardiology, approximately 1:6. A typical month includes six days of clinic, nine days in the electrophysiology laboratory and five days off.Financial and Benefits Package: This is an employed position and will include first year income guarantee, fifty-five days of vacation initially.
