The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a broad range of legal fields, including but not limited to litigation, civil litigation, drafting, pleadings, motions, discovery, regulatory, compliance, transactional, contracts, healthcare, construction, transportation, hospitality, insurance, mass tort, appellate, appeals, and ESI. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on legal research and writing. Why join us? Representing our clients in civil and commercial litigation matters, handling all aspects of the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, motions, and appeals. 2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts in sectors such as healthcare, construction, transportation, hospitality, and insurance. 3. Ensuring regulatory compliance across all sectors we operate in, advising on potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. 4. Handling complex transactional matters, providing legal advice on a range of issues, and ensuring all transactions are legally sound and in the best interests of our clients. 5. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. 6. Writing clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, reports, and correspondence. 7. Staying up-to-date with current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect our clients and our practice. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Attorney position should possess the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Active Florida Bar License. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a proven track record in litigation, contract law, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. 4. Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across a range of sectors. 5. Proficient in legal research and writing, with the ability to present complex legal issues and arguments clearly and persuasively. 6. Familiarity with ESI and its implications in legal proceedings. 7. Experience in mass tort, appellate, and appeals processes. 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments. 10.
