This is a true turnkey opportunity with immediate access to a robust, built-in referral network, allowing you to quickly establish a busy surgical retina practice. Opportunity Highlights Strong Patient Volume/Demand: Current Retina Surgeons are booked out for months due to established referral base from ophthalmologists, optometrists, and regional health systems and enjoy access to preferred payor contracts Robust clinical support, including a dedicated scribe, 1-2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians Option for 4 or 5 Day Work Week with Blocked OR Time Autonomy to shape your case mix and clinical volume based on your preferences and long-term goals.
