Automotive F&I Manager
Job Description Job Description General Accountabilities Finance Execution: Work with trusted lending institutions to arrange and secure competitive auto loan rates for our customers. Product Sales: Present and sell extended warranties, service contracts, and aftermarket protection products using a transparent, consultative menu approach. Compliance & Paperwork: Accurately process all financing paperwork, ensuring 100% compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations. Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Lender Relations: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealerships' finance sources and manufacturers. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing process. Job Qualifications & Requirements 2 years of prior Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience or high-performance automotive sales required. Strong knowledge of automotive financing structures, and lending programs Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dealership management software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, KGI, Dealer Center) is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Unwavering commitment to ethical business practices and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
