Available Schedule (Flexible on Full-Time or Part-Time): * Tuesday 7:30am-5:30pm * Wednesday 7:30am-5:30pm * Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm * Friday 7:30am-3:00pm Bi-weekly, hourly pay ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you'll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental. * Join a 16 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community * 12 operatories in a newly refurbished location, hosting 3 doctors and 5 hygienists (including this role!) * Near Hardees and the Red Ox Restaurant Minimum Qualifications * Current dental hygienist license in IL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) * Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation * CPR Certification Preferred Experience * Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists! * Experience using Velscope, Gemini Diode Laser, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems is a plus * Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health * Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements * Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
