You will learn what matters to each family, anticipate needs, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure that every commitment is tracked through completion. Clients should feel known, supported, and confident that IPW is taking ownership without requiring them to manage the process. What this role is and is not This is not a sales role, financial-advisor position, or transaction-processing position, and no securities license is required. The role generally follows a Monday–Friday business schedule, with occasional planned client events or time-sensitive needs outside regular hours. It is not a 24/7 personal-concierge position. What you will own · Build trusted relationships with assigned client families and serve as a consistent point of coordination for their experience with IPW. · Lead a seamless, personalized onboarding experience for new strategic clients. · Learn and document each family’s preferences, priorities, key relationships, important milestones, and service expectations with appropriate discretion. · Develop and maintain a practical engagement plan for each family, identifying meaningful opportunities to anticipate needs and strengthen the relationship. · Coordinate services and introductions across IPW advisors, operations, attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and other trusted partners. · Track every client request and commitment, including owner, deadline, dependencies, next action, and status, through confirmed completion. · Provide proactive updates, resolve service breakdowns, and escalate risks before a client needs to ask for an answer. · Maintain and strengthen IPW’s network of external resources so the firm can respond thoughtfully to specialized client needs. · Capture client feedback and recurring service themes, then recommend improvements to the broader client experience. What success looks like · Every assigned family has a current relationship profile and engagement plan that helps the team deliver a personal, coordinated experience. · Client requests and commitments are documented, owned, communicated, and closed without the client having to manage the process. · Advisors trust that important details, milestones, and follow-up items will not fall through the cracks. · New strategic clients experience a consistent, thoughtful transition into the firm. · Client feedback and service patterns lead to visible improvements in how IPW serves families. What you bring We welcome candidates from luxury hospitality, private clubs, private aviation, luxury travel, family offices, executive or personal support, high-end residential services, private banking, wealth management, and other high-touch client environments. Direct wealth-management experience is helpful but not required. · Three to five or more years of progressively responsible experience serving clients, guests, executives, members, or families in a high-touch environment. · Evidence that you anticipate needs, personalize service, and build trust over time, not simply respond to transactions. · Strong organization and follow-through across multiple people, deadlines, and information sources. · Sound judgment and the ability to protect confidential personal, family, and financial information. · Polished written and verbal communication and comfort interacting with senior executives and sophisticated clients. · Experience using CRM, task-management, or client-service technology to create reliable follow-through. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. How you work Quality What it looks like Stewardship You own the outcome, keep commitments visible, and close the loop. Discretion You recognize sensitive information and protect it without compromising responsible escalation. Anticipation You notice signals, think ahead, and act appropriately before a need becomes urgent. Executive presence You are prepared, composed, concise, and professional in every interaction. Resourcefulness You find practical solutions while respecting boundaries, risk, and the client’s preferences. One team You coordinate effectively across people you do not manage and keep everyone aligned. Why Integrated Private Wealth Integrated Private Wealth is a growing wealth-management firm serving successful families with complex financial lives. We are building a more coordinated family-office experience that goes beyond traditional investment management. This is an opportunity to help design a new function, not simply inherit an established playbook. You will work closely with firm leadership, have meaningful ownership of the client experience, and help define how IPW serves its most important relationships as the firm grows. Compensation and benefits Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 DOE The position is eligible for performance-based compensation and IPW’s employee benefits program.
