Understand and implement verification processes, including reference checks and background checks. Manage job postings in various markets, industries, and channels to attract the best talent. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industry. Proven experience in interviewing, qualifying, and placing candidates in clinical roles. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies. Strong understanding of the healthcare jobs market and recruitment trends. Experience conducting verification processes, including reference checks and background checks. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information to a variety of stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality.
