Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related engineering degree. Minimum of five years of work experience performing similar primary position responsibilities exceeding performance expectations. PE, Professional Engineering license or EIT, Engineer in Training. Advanced knowledge of BIM Modeling and Revit. Knowledge of construction formwork systems, take-offs and estimating processes obtained from education or industry experience. Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
