This position is an integral part of our manufacturing operations and plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our thermal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of thermal systems, as well as the interpretation and analysis of thermal data. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop thermal systems for manufacturing processes, considering efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact. 2. Conduct thermal performance tests and analyze data to assess system efficiency, identify issues, and determine necessary adjustments. 3. Develop and implement thermal performance test procedures and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data collection and interpretation. 4. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to design, install, and troubleshoot thermal systems. 5. Create detailed thermal system drawings and specifications for manufacturing processes. 6. Monitor and optimize thermal processes, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 7. Ensure all thermal systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. 8. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Qualifications: 1. BSc or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience in control and instrumentation, particularly in relation to thermal systems. 4. Extensive knowledge of thermal performance testing, including the development of procedures and reports. 5. Proficiency in creating detailed thermal system drawings. 6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex thermal data and make informed decisions. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 8. Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies related to thermal systems. 9. A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
