Position Summary The Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician is a highly skilled HVAC/R professional who works independently with minimal supervision to diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Based primarily in the Central Indiana region, this role functions as a lead technician, supporting teammates and ensuring equipment performance and efficiency across a wide variety of systems, including boilers, chillers, refrigeration systems, air handling units, hydronic systems, make-up air units, temperature controls, heat pumps, paint booths, and exhaust fans.
