Help patients perform therapeutic activities to enhance their independence in daily living skills. Monitor and document patient progress, providing updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques for continued progress at home. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment. Requirements: Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from an accredited program. Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in multiple states (assistance provided for travel placements). Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply.
