Extensive experience (7 years preferred) in information security or IT risk management. 5 years in executive leadership, ideally as a Security Lead. Proven experience in developing security programs and managing teams. Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and security tools (SIEM, firewalls, etc.).
