The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years. Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review. • Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (to include criminal checks, past employment and education), the ability to pass a drug screen and physical as required by the Department of Transportation, and potential travel within a near geography for training are required This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Requires a wide range of knowledge, skills and abilities in the healthcare profession, and is able to implement evidence-based practices and develop new approaches to improve regulatory compliance and patient outcomes. Works with Care Leaders and Associates to problem solve and determine satisfactory solutions to achieve compliance, or developing suitable alternatives that will meet regulatory requirements aligned with the University Medical Center of El Paso’s (UMC-El Paso) mission and values. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other relevant certification preferred. Education and Training Bachelor degree in Nursing required. Master degree in Nursing preferred.
