Requirements: One of the following: Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Experience supporting small-molecule API drug substance development. Demonstrated foundation in chemical synthesis, synthetic laboratory operations, and scale-relevant safety practices. Hands-on execution and support of synthetic chemistry experiments, kilo-lab operations, and equipment use. Experience with the design, execution, and interpretation of HTE workflows for reaction, solubility, and crystallization screening. Application of analytical and solid-state tools (HPLC, XRPD, DSC/TGA) to translate experimental data into process understanding. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
