Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Lucrative and rewarding OB/GYN position in central Iowa with quick and easy access to Des Moines and Omaha. You will enjoy a 4.5 day work week with a generous compensation package and sign-on bonus. You will join a well-established provider, six other non-OB physicians and six Advanced Practitioners. There is strong growth potential and a very large need for another OB/GYN in the community. This is the only hospital in a 60 mile radius. $325k salary, $225k loan repayment. Group is looking for a physician with an entrepreneurial desire as the need is large. The incoming OB/Gyn will get referrals from other IM & FP doctors as the community has expressed a strong need for an OB/Gyn Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. weekdays, with a half day off each week. The practice office is located in a building attached to the hospital. C-Section & Delivery Coverage is also covered by Family Practice Physicians. Once ramped up - Anticipate 20 -25 Patients a day but not more as the group believes strongly in great quality patient care. Level III - 1. 5 hours to Des Moines or Omaha by car - 30 min by air. Academic Teaching Available but not required. Worked RVU Based Productivity Incentive.
