Primary Care Duties: Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cold/flu) through comprehensive histories and physical examinations. Provide essential preventative care, health maintenance services, and patient education, including annual wellness exams and routine immunizations. Accurately order, interpret, and ensure timely follow-up on all diagnostic tests, lab results, and imaging studies. Effectively manage all patient medical documentation using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Coordinate care with specialists, manage referrals, and perform minor office procedures (e.g., skin tag removal, joint injections) as appropriate for training.
