Description :Overview of Unit/Department Cox Health is a Level 1 Stroke and Trauma center and the 8th floor is the main nursing unit who cares for those specific patients in a variety of age groups. Our expertise covers a wide variety of neuro diseases, not only in Stroke and Trauma, but also seizures, neck and spinal fusions, traumatic brain injuries, craniotomies, and telemetry patients. We are a unit that is team oriented, fast paced, and a great learning environment for everyone who is eager to learn.
