Shift Friday - Sunday - Weekend Shift Shipping and Receiving Clerk Weekend Shift - Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of data-entry and administrative tasks related to the accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures timely and efficient completion of daily functions supporting inbound and outbound processes, including documentation, scheduling, reporting, and customer communications. The position upholds standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity. Primary Responsibilities Perform data entry functions within assigned work area. Execute administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving. Coordinate and schedule pick-ups. Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing. Consolidate shipments in a timely and acceptable manner. Adhere to Vendor Routing Guide requirements. Support computer room functions, including label generation for daily production orders. Track monthly rack audit data in Maintenance Connection. Track recurring Material Safety Data Sheets in Maintenance Connection. Support Operations Analyst by generating custom reports from the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Perform inventory adjustment audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze workload and communicate with internal departments and external transportation carriers. Collect, collate, and disseminate departmental data in appropriate report formats. Maintain office supply levels and manage interoffice mail distribution. Perform other duties as assigned. Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year of related data processing experience, ideally within a distribution center environment. One (1) year of experience in a warehouse/clerical environment using standard practices. PC skills required (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred. Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and flexibility in meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service driven. Strong team player.
