Family Practice - Without OB Physician
A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Coatesville, PA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a temporary full-time contract (6 12 months) with the option to transition into a permanent position. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality primary care in a supportive, team-based setting while helping expand access to care in a growing community. Position Highlights Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM Setting: Outpatient primary care (no inpatient, no call) Volume: patients per day Support: Full team including MAs, care coordinators, and behavioral health staff EMR: AthenaHealth Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $210,000 $230,000 (depending on experience) CME: $5,000 5 CME days PTO: 33 days total (vacation, holidays, CME, sick) Malpractice: FTCA coverage (no tail required) Retirement: 403(b) with employer contribution Relocation Assistance: Available Loan Repayment: NHSC eligible Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility) Experience in FQHC or community health preferred Strong commitment to serving underserved populations About the Organization This FQHC serves more than 40,000 patients across the region and is expanding its footprint in Coatesville as part of a broader community revitalization effort.
