Opportunity: Board Certified - Urology Job Details: • Schedule includes 2 days in clinic and 3 days performing surgery with no call coverage required • Work hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday with an unpaid hour lunch in clinic • Handle 25-30 patient encounters per shift • Must be a strong proceduralist with experience in general adult urology • Perform advanced endoscopic techniques and laparoscopic surgeries • Conduct complex urological procedures including percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, and ESWL • Experience required with radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and pelvic node dissection • Must be proficient in robotic surgery including partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound • Perform adrenalectomy procedures • Conduct renal and bladder ultrasounds with biopsy capabilities • Experience with TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, and penile prosthesis • Must maintain active Arizona license or IMLC with clean history • ACLS certification required • Expedited privileges available for providers with clean histories Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
