Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Reconcile accounts promptly and accurately. 2. Conduct 3-way match to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices. 3. Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure timely and accurate payments. 4. Maintain the general ledger (GL), making necessary entries and adjustments. 5. Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents. 6. Apply knowledge of manufacturing accounting to accurately record and analyze financial information. 7. Prepare monthly financial reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations. 8. Manage fixed assets, including tracking, recording, and depreciation. 9. Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Vlookup, to analyze and present financial data. 10. Conduct year-end close procedures, ensuring all financial matters are in order. 11. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Proficient in reconciling accounts, 3-way match, A/R, GL, ledger entries, and preparing income statements. 4. Proven experience with manufacturing accounting, monthly financials, fixed assets, Vlookup, year-end close, balance sheets, and advanced Excel. 5. Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships across all levels of an organization. 8. Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. 9. Knowledge of accounting software and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies. 10.
