Position Summary: Level Two: Working under minimal supervision, Metal Lab Tech level two performs all levels of metallurgical testing. Performs metallurgical examinations including but not limited to: micro-examination, macro examination, grain flow verification, thread form, decarburization, alpha case determination, and case hardening verification, grain size determination, IGO/IGA determination, and micro-hardness evaluations.
