The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex commercial litigation matters, representing clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and providing guidance on legal matters related to business operations, real estate litigation, and employment law. Manage all phases of complex business litigation, including case management, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals. 2. Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings. 3. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of business matters, including partnership disputes, breach of contracts, construction defects, landlord-tenant matters, customer disputes, vendor disputes, and employment law. 4. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client counseling. 5. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements. 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and ensure compliance in all legal activities. 7. Collaborate with team members to develop effective case strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Lawyer, with a focus on business litigation. 3. Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. 4. Proven experience in corporate law, business law, partnership disputes, breach of contract, construction defects, landlord-tenant matters, customer disputes, vendor disputes, real estate litigation, and employment law. 5. Must have first chair trial experience and have conducted a minimum of 5 trials. 6. Experience with arbitration procedures and protocols. 7. Thorough knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues. 9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 10. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 11.
