Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to resolution, including discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Conduct thorough and timely case analysis, strategy development, and case management. Engage in effective client counseling to provide legal advice and guidance. Present oral arguments in court and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on various legal issues. Collaborate with legal staff and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in all interactions. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must have a current license to practice law and be in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trial attorney. Proven experience handling a diverse caseload and managing all phases of the litigation process. Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to effectively present oral arguments in court. Strong case management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies. Exceptional client counseling skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice. Superior legal writing skills with the ability to draft, review, and revise various legal documents. Strong attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly review and analyze legal documents and case materials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
