Salary: $23 - $25 per hour A bit about us: We are opening a new, modern office in West Palm Beach and hiring our first front desk professional to be the face and voice of the space. This person will set the standard for hospitality, organization, and professionalism for visitors, clients, and team members. Why join us? Best new dental practice in West Palm Job Details Greet and host all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring they feel welcomed, checked in, and directed to the appropriate person or meeting room. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages and follow up as needed. Manage the main inbox: monitor, respond, and route emails to the appropriate team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and polished reception area, conference rooms, and shared spaces throughout the day. Coordinate meeting room schedules, including calendar invites, room setups, and basic A/V support (Zoom/Teams, screen sharing, etc.). Receive, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outbound shipments and couriers as needed. Support leadership with light administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, basic data entry, updating contact lists, and preparing simple documents. Help coordinate occasional in‑office events (client meetings, lunches, team gatherings), including catering orders and room prep.
