Expertise in developing signal processing and wireless communications systems (e.g., FSK/OFDM/MIMO, etc.) and hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization. Experience with Matlab or Python and/or C/C++ for algorithm development, modeling, and simulation. Experience and knowledge on High Level Synthesis (HLS), silicon prototyping, FPGA development and emulation systems. Experience on bring-up of real systems in silicon/FPGA/SoC and use of lab test equipment such as oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc. Ability to work independently Ability to learn new technologies, network protocols and tools rapidly. The ideal candidate has experience in private equity–backed companies and/or multisite healthcare organizations and brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to building and improving accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple healthcare locations Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Partner with operations and clinical leaders to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting Support audits, tax filings, and compliance with healthcare-related financial regulations Assist with integration of newly acquired locations or entities Help improve and scale accounting processes, controls, and systems to support growth Prepare financial schedules and reporting for senior leadership and private equity partners Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 5 years of progressive accounting experience Experience in a private equity–backed environment and/or multisite healthcare organization strongly preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Experience with accounting systems and ERP platforms; healthcare or multisite experience a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Interested in hearing more? Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA certification is highly preferred. 2. 5 years of experience in an accounting management role, preferably within the automotive dealership industry. 3. 2 years of leadership experience and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving financial objectives. 4. Extensive knowledge of centralized accounting, shared services, entries, general ledger, GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close. 5. Proficiency with Tekion, CDK, and Reynolds & Reynolds. 6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization. 8.
