Negotiate and draft commercial leases and amendments, advising on key terms including rent, CAM/operating expenses, maintenance/repairs, and options/renewals. Lead due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, including title/survey, zoning/land use, environmental, leases, and contracts. Provide practical legal advice aligned to client objectives and risk tolerance. Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver efficient, high-quality work. Qualifications: JD and active Colorado Bar license 3 years of transactional experience (commercial real estate, corporate, or mixed practice) Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent matters Experience with financing, leasing, or development matters preferred Excellent communication and client-service skills with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach Interested in hearing more?
