CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintaining and accounting for Personal Protection Equipment and DSNAP inventory and distribution systems. • Compliance with CFOP 40-2 Vehicle Management, maintain your state vehicle and other state vehicles, and submitting the monthly logs in a timely manner. • Maintaining the ERV (Emergency Response Vehicles & Trailers) • Assisting the MASC with day to day needs and witnessing the destruction of mail on a weekly basis. • Assisting with internal and external moves for the department. • Making keys for employees who request them and managing a log of who has one. • Managing the keycard system for several sites. • Disposing of surplus materials and furniture in accordance with CFOP 80-2. • Supplying employees with furniture and desks as needed. • Install whiteboards, corkboards and pictures across the region in offices and hallways. • Assuring you always show up to a site prepared with hand dollies and the necessary tools to get the job done and be responsible for equipment/tools issued to you. • Assist with IT with equipment move and when a large move is taking place. • Using the correct hand dollies to move very large and very heavy items such as filing cabinets and desks and follow CFOP 215-4 Safety & Loss Control. • Making sure everything is operating as it should be at facilities, AC/Lights/Etc. so that employees can work comfortably. • Learning many different areas, where to go, and who to see. GPS is your friend! • Each site you go to, introduce yourself professionally and give them a business card. Creating a directory will benefit you, as you will always have a point of contact for the site you’re visiting. • Maintain the warehouse and make sure it stays as neat and tidy as possible, and if you can, keep all isles clear. •When you need to order supplies, or request a PO for keys, ask as soon as possible, because the process can take a while. Never authorize services without a purchase order. - When the is impacted by a hurricane, you will need to assist with the Disaster Management to prepare our facilities and assets for the event and recovery efforts. - Assuring all sites have NO safety issues before leaving. All safety issues need to be dealt with immediately. - Transfer surplus IT equipment to the Wildwood ware house. - Conducting site inspections as directed across the region.

Position Summary: The Senior Specialist – Diagnostics provides advanced technical expertise to support fleet reliability and performance across automotive, auxiliary, and medium/heavy-duty equipment. This role analyzes fault codes, breakdown trends, and prognostic indicators to identify root causes and recurring failure patterns, translating findings into actionable insights that reduce vehicle downtime and improve overall fleet performance. Key responsibilities for the role include conducting technical fleet reviews to identify fault trends, coordinating corrective repairs with key customers, and generating performance analyses to drive operational and behavioral improvements for both internal and external stakeholders. The role also partners with Rental operations and Vehicle Supply to identify off-lease units requiring Bluetooth (ELD) or telematics device installations, submitting installation requests, and ensuring accurate and timely completion. Additionally, this position provides subject matter expertise to support the continued evolution and expansion of the Digital Fleet Management diagnostic products line as needed. Major Responsibilities: Vehicle Maintenance Research • Conduct continued research on vehicles subscribed (or potential customers) to the Digital Fleet Management connected products, including understanding maintenance intervals, fault code trends, fault code failures, bulletins, and service messages. • Document all learned information in a clear and concise format for uploading into the DFM platform, ensuring consistent formatting across all equipment for accurate compatibility. Communication • Manage customer communication across a broad range of stakeholders including field personnel, 24/7 teams, corporate departments, and external customers such as dispatchers, fleet managers, high-level leaders, and drivers. • Address technical customer concerns; initial communications are most likely informative in nature, though persuasion and sales skills may be utilized and may include billing.
