Orthopedic Foot/Ankle opening in Moultrie, Georgia Located 35 miles from Albany, GA & 60 miles from Tallahassee, FL Position Details: FT, Permanent position Seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels. Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR. Orthopedics - Adult Reconstructive Physician

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to practice in a fully equipped and professionally staffed facility. The position is Monday thru Friday, with days split between outpatient clinic and RHC. The clinic offers general orthopedics, sports medicine, elective joint replacement (such as knee, hip and shoulder) and joint preservation and arthroscopic surgery. Call schedule is currently shared between two other surgeons and coordinated through the group. Both experienced providers and new grads are encouraged to apply, although candidates must be comfortable with procedures and seeing patients in the clinic. The incoming physician must be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. This is not a J-1 eligible position. Job Title: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Job Description: Diagnose and treat various spinal conditions, aiming to enhance the overall quality of life for your patients. This includes providing surgical and non-surgical interventions. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose and treat a range of spine conditions, including spinal deformities, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and traumatic injuries. Order and interpret diagnostic imaging, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, to aid in precise diagnosis and treatment planning. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, which may involve surgical interventions, conservative treatments, physical therapy, and pain management techniques. Provide expert guidance and consultations to patients, their families, and healthcare staff on spinal conditions and the available treatment options. Collaborate closely with other medical professionals, including primary care physicians, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
