Food Production Quality Coordinator (Belgrade)

Join our Team! CIVC · Belgrade, Montana · On-site · Day shift · $32–$36/hour benefits CIVC (Collaborative Integrated Value Chain) is a gluten-free, organic grain mill in Belgrade, Montana, committed to providing the highest quality gluten-free grain ingredients to brands, bakeries, and private label. We clean and dehull grain grown on U.S. farms, then mill, roll, toast, mix, and copack it for retail — and we ship it out weekly through distributors, direct to stores, and direct to consumers. Food purity testing and transparency are of core importance to us and our customers. We're looking for a Production & Quality Coordinator to be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between the moment an order comes in and the moment clean, tested product leaves the building. Why this role matters Every batch of grain we process started on a U.S. farm and is headed for a retail shelf. Getting it there — safely, accurately, on time — depends on someone keeping the day-to-day production and orders organized, the purity testing done right, and problems surfaced early enough that the Plant Manager can act on them. That's this job. When it's done well, orders ship complete and on time, test records are clean, and the whole plant has a clear picture of where things stand. The opportunity This is a hands-on, high-visibility role on a small, dedicated team during a period of real growth. We are in an exciting, active expansion phase. You won't be one cog in a giant operation — you'll be the person the Plant Manager relies on to keep production and orders moving, and your work will be visible every single day. The role has genuine variety. Part of your day is active and physical: you're on the floor confirming materials are staged, helping the team keep work moving, tracking what's produced, packed, and shipped. The other part is precise and technical: running gluten and glyphosate purity tests to procedure, pulling and submitting samples to outside labs, and keeping accurate records. If you like moving between “get it done on the floor” and “get the details exactly right,” this role gives you both. As CIVC grows, the systems and routines you help run and improve become the backbone of a bigger operation. You'll have a standing invitation to spot any recurring misses, dig into why they happen, and recommend better ways to do the work. What you'll do Keep production and orders on track. Review open orders and upcoming production needs, build and update the daily production/order list, and confirm the ingredients, packaging, labels, pallets, and paperwork are ready before work starts. Coordinate with the production team to keep work moving to plan, track what's completed, staged, shipped, or delayed, and jump in on the floor when an order needs hands to get out the door. Run purity testing to procedure. Perform gluten and glyphosate testing according to SOP once trained and approved. Pull and label samples correctly, record lot numbers, dates, results, and notes, and notify the Plant Manager when results are in. You'll flag any failed, unclear, or delayed result immediately — this role executes testing and reports it; it doesn't interpret results or decide product release. Manage finished-product lab submissions. Identify and prepare finished-product samples for outside labs, complete submission forms accurately, ship them on schedule with the right handling, track pending results, and file reports where they belong. Provide COAs to customers as required. Own the records and the daily report. Keep production, order-status, testing, and sample-submission records accurate in Acctivate. Before you leave each day, give the Plant Manager a clear status report: what was produced, packed, shipped, or held; what didn't get done; testing completed and samples sent; pending results; missing materials; and any equipment or staffing issues that need a decision. Escalate early, every time. If an order misses its ship date, materials are missing, equipment or staffing is at risk, a result is in question, or the SOP doesn't fit the situation — you raise it early and clearly: what happened, what's at risk, what you've already done, what you need, and by when. What success looks like Orders are tracked accurately from open to shipped, and the Plant Manager never has to wonder where things stand. Assigned tests are run correctly and recorded cleanly, samples go out on schedule, and results are tracked until they're back. Problems reach the right person before they turn into missed ship dates. And you have a reliable system for completing routine work accurately and on time. Who will thrive here You'll do well in this role if you like ownership, follow-through, making sure things don’t fall through the cracks. You're organized by instinct — lot numbers, paperwork, test results, order status — and you'd rather work from a checklist and a written procedure than from memory. You're comfortable moving between physical work on the floor and focused, detail-exact lab and record work. You speak up early when something's unclear or at risk instead of guessing, and you stay calm, respectful, and clear with the people around you. You understand the value and importance of food safety, and that your work is done correctly. Experience and requirements • Experience or training in food businesses, including food safety and production — human or animal food safety, human or animal manufacturing, restaurant management, grain processing, milling, ag processing, warehouse, or order fulfillment. • Ability to follow written SOPs, checklists, and documentation exactly, keep accurate records, and communicate when information is missing, late, or at risk. • Food safety training sufficient to understand GMP expectations, testing handoffs, product status, and when to escalate. Training will be provided if needed. • Able to be the on-site PCQI food safety contact. Training will be provided if needed. • Comfortable helping on the production floor when orders need it. Helpful, not required: experience with MS 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Word), Acctivate, Cin7, ShipStation, or similar order/inventory/shipping systems; audit or audit-support experience; and a background in gluten-free, organic, allergen-controlled, or purity-tested food environments. What this role is not This is a structured execution role that supports the Plant Manager. It does not require overall plant management, food safety system ownership, GMP enforcement as the responsible person, SQF/organic/GFCO audit readiness beyond assigned SOPs, product-release decisions, staff discipline or hiring, or major equipment decisions. It is a great place to learn those skills from our plant manager! Compensation, schedule, and benefits $32–$38 per hour, on-site in Belgrade, Montana. This is an hourly position eligible for paid overtime. The plant runs a single daytime shift — no nights or rotating schedules. We offer health care benefits and paid time off. How to apply Send a resume and a short note about your relevant food manufacturing, grain processing, quality, operations, restaurant or production experience to [email protected] , with the job title in the subject line. CIVC is an equal opportunity employer. We value practical experience, reliability, clear communication, and a commitment to safe, high-quality food production.

Business Development, US Equities | OneChronos Markets (New York)

OneChronos is building the bazaar for agentic systems. We’re starting in capital markets, where our matching markets routinely account for more than 1% of notional U.S. equity market volume. By bringing together auction theory, distributed systems, artificial intelligence, and deep market structure expertise, we help humans and agentic systems transact more efficiently, improve how value is allocated, and, ultimately, increase global GDP. We are growing and are actively seeking someone who combines deep market structure and execution expertise with strong commercial instincts. You'll sit at the intersection of sales and execution analytics, helping grow our US Equities business by bringing technical credibility, analytical rigor, and a genuine ability to turn insight into commercial outcomes. What You'll Do Sales You own the commercial results: you carry the water and drive real customer outcomes, with attributable PnL, across the four areas below. Own the commercial cycle for US equities: identify and qualify buy-side and sell-side prospects, build internal champions across multiple stakeholder groups, and convert interest into activated relationships and revenue. Generate and nurture buy-side interest that gets activated through broker and sell-side relationships, with adoption of the US Equities ATS's trading capabilities, Expressive Bidding among them, as a core wedge into deeper partnership. Serve as a market-facing voice into the design of the trading features of OneChronos' US Equities ATS — surfacing what clients actually need from the venue (quality/liquidity tradeoffs, multi-symbol workflows) and feeding that back to Product so the ATS evolves around real trading problems, not theoretical ones. Manage the full demand pipeline: CRM hygiene, champion mapping, outbound cadence, and clean handoffs — with an eye toward making the process more scalable as the team grows. Execution Analytics You turn execution data into concrete client recommendations, and you are passionate about sharing that knowledge with both internal and external stakeholders. Build and run execution consulting engagements: analyze client order flow and TCA data, design and interpret A/B tests on execution strategies, and translate findings into concrete recommendations — including how a client can use Expressive Bidding to cover more of their trading preference spectrum, and how those recommendations should adapt as trading regimes and client preferences change. Explain and defend the Expressive Bidding product suite to customers used to thinking in simple limit orders — how multi-dimensional preferences get encoded into a single auction — and make the why it’s valuable for you case in terms that hold up under technical scrutiny. Who You Are A genuine student of market structure — you have real opinions on SOR logic, venue mechanics, fragmentation, market structure dynamics, and the execution analytics layer underneath it all. 5 years in institutional markets, with meaningful time in electronic trading, execution analytics, TCA, or execution consulting — at a bank, broker, exchange, market maker, quant firm, or venue — or anywhere else this subject matter is something you care deeply about. We are not looking for a traditional coverage or relationship-management background. Strong technical foundation: proficient in Python, with real fluency in statistics — comfortable reasoning about distributions, sample sizes, and confidence, and experienced designing or interpreting A/B experimentation frameworks. This isn't a nice-to-have; it's core to how the job gets done. Able to hold a genuinely technical conversation with a quant or electronic trading team about mechanism design and electronic trading, then re-package that substance into a story a less technical stakeholder will act on — and translate what you hear back to create commercial outcomes. Passionate about sharing your knowledge with both internal and external stakeholders. Someone who carries the water and drives real customer commercial outcomes with attributable PnL, not a support player. Commercial instincts strong enough to build conviction and close without leaning on seniority, brand, or an existing book of relationships. Highly organized and self-directed — comfortable owning multiple workstreams (design feedback, consulting, partnership-building) in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Series 7, 63, and 57 registrations a plus; not required.
